Have you seen the 3-part mini web video of Dr. Horrible?!?  It's awesome. It's cheesy, it's mesmerizing, it's a low budget!

Anyway, all the characters, acting, writing were quite good. There were a few parts of the singing that were a bit difficult to hear, but it was quite good. Neil Patrick Harris and Nathan Fillion were perfect. And it was cool to see Felicia Day (from The Guild web-series, and the Date My Avatar video)

Apparently Joss Whedon (creator, director, writer, producer of Dr. Horrible) is going to make a part 2.

Is that a big piece of meat you're holding? Or are you just happy to see me...?

Kierra decided today that she wanted to make a "special recipe" waffles. We convinced her to do something other than waffles, since it was just after dinner-time.

We laid the ground rules:

1. Whatever she used she had to put away, and clean up afterwards
2. Whatever she made, she needed to at least taste it

After all was said and done, the recipe included the following:

• ~1 tbsp butter
• water
• 1 wedge of herb & garlic cream cheese
• chinese hoisin sauce
  
• 3 blueberries
• 3 chocolate teddy-graham crackers
• dijon mustard
• tartar sauce
• salt
• black pepper
  

We then warmed it up a bit in a sauce-pan. I was surprised beyond-belief that it was actually tolerable tasting. Kierra even went for seconds in the 3rd video!

Sorry to those who attend church regularly, but this was just too funny to pass up.

While driving around the back-country roads of Texas on our mini 2-day vacation, we saw this church. No kidding, the name is 'That Church'.

We even saw another sign in back for 'That Church Office'. I was actually expecting to see a sign that said 'That Church Parking', but we didn't.

We were in Corsicana, Tx when Christina spilled some coffee on her white shirt. So... we stumbled on this nice little water fountain, and she decided to try to match my ghetto-ness and wash her shirt in the water-fountain!

This is pretty cool.  Although I think it could have been even better.  But the paper-clip was a nice touch:
